Since golf is a game of consistency its important that your muscle&#8217;s don&#8217;t get strained from over exertion.  The first thing you should always do before playing is to stretch.  Take a good 15 min to properly stretch your muscles out.  Muscle memory will play a big role in obtaining that consistent killer golf swing.
