Playing golf can be rigorous on your body and muscles and therefore it is important you stay in good shape. Since golf is a game of consistency its important that your muscle’s don’t get strained from over exertion. The first thing you should always do before playing is to stretch. Take a good 15 min to properly stretch your muscles out. Muscle memory will play a big role in obtaining that consistent killer golf swing.
